Grodzki Brewery is a family-owned, craft brewery from Przemyśl, founded in 2019 by Jacek Bąk and Daniel Kilar – two enthusiasts of brewing, local crafts, and the history of their city.
Our brewery is located in a unique location – the historic building of the former Przemyśl Fortress Hippodrome. It’s a space where history meets modern craftsmanship, and the city’s military heritage blends with a passion for creating exceptional beers.
From the very beginning, we have focused on the authenticity of our product. All our beers are crafted with attention to detail, in small batches, from the finest ingredients.
We use only high-quality malts, hops, and yeast to capture the full flavour and aromas that true lovers of the golden beverage expect.

A brisk, refreshing beer with a distinctive bitterness and flavour derived from noble hops. Pure lager character, noticeable taste of malt at the beginning, then a characteristic, often strong, flavour of hops. All this ends with a bold bitterness.
The fresh and brisk aroma of citrus fruits from New Zealand hops and the strong bitterness on the finish make this beer the perfect companion for hot days. It perfectly quenches your thirst and allows you to dream about distant lands bathed in sunshine.
Light and drinkable with citrus notes in the aroma and quite strong bitterness. A mixture of New Zealand and native hops makes the beverage light and refreshing. Perfect for fish and cheese dishes. Citrus and cheese notes intertwine with the aroma of flowers and blackcurrant. A substantial share of rye and wheat malts gives the beer a subtle character. After a few sips, we are moved away to an orchard bathed in aroma, where tall cherries provide shade and currants tickle with their ripe bouquet.
An American interpretation of the India Pale Ale style. Thanks to hopping for aroma with American hop varieties, this style gained a second life. An American variant of IPA, in which the main role is played by characteristic American hops, giving a citrus-resinous aroma and consistent bitterness, balanced with malt, caramel or toast notes with the warming up effect of alcohol.
STOUT is directly derived from English porter. Very dark, heavily roasted, clearly bitter, yet creamy and very drinkable. Very thick, stable foam, cream-beige in colour. Up front, there are aromas of coffee, cocoa, chocolate and roasted barley. It has grain aromas in the background.
Foggy and enigmatic, mysterious beer. With a bouquet of flowers, peaches and apricots, it awakens all the senses. Each sip wraps your throat with citrus flavour, like a cashmere scarf. With this beer, relaxation is more complete and the sunset is endless.
Fortress Lager is a light, session, amber beer with an unobtrusive bitterness, but tempting with its beautiful malt taste and aroma.
The label shows Fort I – Salis Soglio, located approximately 6 km east of Przemyśl, on the outskirts of the village of Siedliska – built between 1882 and 1886. It is the largest fort in the Przemyśl Fortress.
